Councilperson Ball is working to make our communities a more attractive and successful place whether you work or play in Howard County. He is a strong advocate for our small businesses and entrepreneurs and realizes that by creating a more walkable community, local businesses can survive and thrive. He understands the importance of working collaboratively to fill vacant commercial space with community enhancing businesses and services. He continues to support projects such as the US Route 1 Corridor Revitalization plan and the Robert Oliver Place Enhancement Project (ROPE) which are aimed at revitalizing and renewing our community. He is honored to be our voice in advocating for more attractive streetscapes, as well as pedestrian, bicycle, and public green space improvements.
